WALT How to check your bike for safety



Goal: The goal for this instruction is to show how to do a safety check on your bike.
Materials.
A bike scooter or a skateboard.
A helmet with a safety certificate.
Step’s 
  1. You need a bike 
2.  You need a helmet
3. You need a flat surface 
4.  And you need a friend that can ride a bike.
5. You need cover shoes that cover your whole feet.
6. You need to see if the seat is high enough for you.
7. Check your ABCD’s 
8. A air check if your tyres are not flat
9. B brakes  check if your brakes work by squeezing the brakes and try to ride the bike.
10.C chain you need to check the chain by checking if it is stable.
11.D Direction check your direction by squeezing your feet on the front tyre and then turn the steering wheel and make sure that the tyre does not move.
12.you need knee pads, elbow pads ankle pads and wrist pads.
13. You can have a water bottle.
14.You need to check if you have no cracks in your helmet.
